Slight Fruity Scents and aromatic notes: fruity light green, medium bitter and spicy medium

Hints of artichoke and freshly mowed grass are perceived. Bitter extra virgin olive oil strong enough to use as the absolute protagonist of the raw dish on bruschetta, salads or meat. Just connoisseurs. Thanks to its very high content of antioxidants it can be used as a natural cosmetic for the skin by adding a drop in the face, hands or body cream.
