1) A 3L tin of Organic Delicate Fruity EVO Oil, ideal for raw dressing or dishes with delicate flavors.

2) A 3L tin of Medium Organic Fruity EVO Oil, ideal for raw seasoning of tasty dishes and perfect for legumes, meat and medium-cooked dishes.

3) A 3L tin of Organic Fruity EVO Oil, perfect for cooking especially medium or long cooking dishes.

 

In this way you can finally choose between a delicate or sweet oil suitable for seasoning or a more robust oil and also suitable for long cooking to perfectly combine the right seasoning with your dishes.

 

In fact, if before olive oil was distinguished only by acidity (if of low acidity gets the wording extra virgin), with Reg. CEE 2568/91 we distinguish within the extra virgin olive oils the "Organoleptic evaluation of virgin olive oil " that must be tasted.

 

The Community Regulation therefore establishes the so-called "Panel test", that is, a test carried out by a panel of 8/12 professional tasters (judges of sensory analysis) that makes a judgment on the characteristics of the product.

 

To be marketed as "extra virgin olive oil", at the Panel test the oil must be completely defect-free (the median of defects is equal to 0) and must have the positive fruity characteristic (the median of the fruity is more than 0).

 

Thanks to our olive groves organized according to the type of olive (cultivar) and thanks to the diversification of the harvest period, as well as thanks to our continuous analysis in laboratory on all crops, we are able to achieve the optimal gradation of Blend and flavor only through mechanical grinding, without the addition of excipients or other ingredients.

 

THE OFFER INCLUDES 3 Tins (3 Liter) of extra virgin olive oil produced with Italian olives with 100% Italian Organic certificate with 3 different degrees of aromaticity and taste.

 

1) DELICATE Delicate extra virgin olive oil is of the highest quality and low acidity, from a color tending to bright intense yellow.

The Fruity Sweet and Delicate is characterized by fragrant notes with hints of freshly cut grass artichoke and green apple with enveloping aftertaste of sweet almond.

It is obtained from the union of olives Oil (cultivar): Frantoio, Leccino, Roggianella, Carolea.

 

2) MEDIUM FRUITY

Medium Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a tasty, fragrant, harmonious oil, characterized by a good balance between bitter and spicy, with more marked and incisive tones than sweet fruity. At the same time it has greater delicacy to the taste than an intense fruity oil.

It can be used both for raw dressing and for cooking short or medium cooking dishes.

Fruity oil characterized by a golden color and an intense and fruity scent, combined with dishes does not cover the flavors but gives them an unmistakable touch of high quality refinement and delicacy and low acidity.

It is obtained from the union of olives Frantoio, Nocellara Messinese, Carolea.

 

3) INTENSE FRUITY

Intense Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an oil with an intense and penetrating olive flavor, characterized by pronounced aromas and endowed with strong bitter notes and spicy slights; pinch in the throat as it is right for an extra virgin olive rich in antioxidants.

Ideal for seasoning dishes in which oil is the protagonist, it becomes a fundamental component of cookers: thanks to its robustness and greater intensity it is perfect for medium or long cooking dishes.

It is obtained from the union of olives Nocellara del Belice, Coratina, Carolea.
